Unfortunately, for me the Claritin did not help me when I had bone pain from an immune boosting injection. I took ibuprofen and Tylenol, but there maybe something new. I certainly hope the Claritin works for you.

What I found interesting was when I had Neulasta in the hospital I was not having bone pain because they gave me a smaller dose. When you are an out patient as I was before I got the stronger dose and had the pain for two or three days.

I started the Claritin 2days ahead of the Neulasta! It helped me big time!
