I find fresh ginger in your food or candy type really helps, good luck, no fun...

I take prescribed ant nausea medication for about a week after treatment. I lived on crackers, jello, popsicles, bone broth, rice, chicken soup, sip water through a straw with an electrolyte powder.

I was given an anti nausea prescription which helped a lot (well, the pills, not the prescription itself!). I also drank a lot of water laced with gatorade and lots of ice. The nausea abated, but I still had no appetite and felt unwell for a while.

Thank you! Second treatment tomorrow, I've been waiting for a response, so your response means a lot.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

I ate bagels with a little bit of peanut butter on it for protein. I drank lots of water too.
