Prebiotics And Probiotics
A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with having Marginal Zone Lymphoma in January of this year. I am receiving Immuno and Chemo treatments twice a month. I am struggling horribly with nausea and not being able to eat right. I was wondering if I should consider taking a prebiotic and probiotic. Any advice and/or information would be greatly appreciated. 🙏 💜

I use ginger and papaya enzymes. This is an inhaler that helps too!

My Oncologist did prescribe me Zofran but he doesn't want me taking it on a regular basis and it affects my gastro system.

Kristina,
Hi! When I had my RCHOP treatments I had two different types of nausea medications given to me by my Oncologist. I made sure that I even set an alarm in the middle of the night if I was due to take them. I made sure I tried to get on top of it. Even though I was still a bit nauseated it helped. I hope you feel better soon!! Kelly
