I have heard swimming is a good choice, low impact and good for the pain in the joints.

Stay hydrated with plenty of water and while exercise is important, do exercises that you can do indoors. Joining a gym helps keep you active without being out in the heat.

Hydrate and try to establish a balance between getting exercise with getting proper rest.

stay comfortable enjoy each day talking to friends or family at least one or two people a day. Laugh and I am raising 2 great grandchildren since birth they are now 13 and 16 I was diagnosed 10 years ago 4th stage in lymph nodes blood and bone marrow. Church and the Lord has seen me through. August 3rd will have another pet scan and see doctor right after and the same day may have to start a chemo pill this time. Feeling comfort this will not be like the aggressive chemo I had to have almost 10 years ago. Realizing the good side of things and not the negative side. Young people have a way to the lighter side of things and that brings me joy and laughter.
