What Are My Treatment Options For Refractory T-cell NHL?

I went through 8 chemo sessions with CHOP therapy, completed seven weeks ago. This week, a PET scan showed a number of small cancerous lymph nodes, GREAT improvement but not remission. My oncologist suggests we run another scan in a few weeks to assess the rate of growth but ruled out any additional treatment at this time. Does anyone have experience with treatment for refractory T-cell NHL?
