I am 79 my oncologist after remission from Large B cell NHL I was stage 4 or 5 had radiation on 7c , 5 treatment , suggested I do 4 treatments of methotrexate in spinal infusion for prevention as he said where mine had been it probably would be Bo es or brain, I do the last one tomorrow , Sept 23, Good luck to you . Hi and welcome to the site. Everyone on here is so kind, helpful and supportive. I'm sorry for your loss of your wife. You ask if there is hope. There is ALWAYS hope. I have/had DLBCL stage IV and had treatments of RCHOP chemo. I've been in remission for about a year now. Good luck on your upcoming appointment.
