Has Anyone Ever Been Diagnosed With Two Different Types Of Lymphoma?
June 2019 i was diagnosed with primary cns lymphoma.
This year in march i had an ovary removed. They found diffuse large b cell lymphoma. My oncologist wants to put me on the r-CHOP regimen with stem cell transplant to follow as maintainance therapy.
Has Anyone Had Treatment For Double Hit B Cell Lymphoma?
I have just learned I have double hit non Hodgkin's lymphoma and the doctors are reluctant to change my treatment options because I am over 70. But, I am an otherwise active, lively person and I may want to seek a 2nd opinion.

Yes because my husband had a very large lymph node. We have completed the chemo and will have a PET scan next month to see the results.
Has Anyone Been Diagnosed With NHL High Grade B Cell Lymphoma? Also Known As B Cell Lymphoma Double Hit.
I had a spinal tap in December because I had brain surgery for a tumour in October but nothing showed up. So hopefully they will continue monitoring it. Nothing fun about a spinal tap.

I have read that this condition is rare but I have a biopsy for breast cancer coming up and I also have non hodgkin lymphoma. I am wondering if you can have both at the same time!

I have lymphoma in my right breast. They monitor it annually and it has gotten smaller in the last two years with Calquence.
How Does One Deal With The "wait And Watch" Senario, And How Often Do You Get Scans?
I was diagnosed with stage 3 Follicular lymphoma in Oct 2020. Waited 3 months until Feb 2021 for another scan. Again told to wait and see. Not much growth in nodes. I also have an enlarged lingual tonsil that does seem to concern anyone.
I feel the same way.
Does Anyone Else Have Liver Disease As Well?
I was diagnosed in December 2023.
I get the results of my liver biopsy on Friday 6/21. My spleen shrunk from Rituximab infusions, now the focus is on my liver. In July the focus will be on ovarian cysts.
Then I asked what stage my NHL is and my doctor said stage 3 because there is some in my bone marrow. She assured me that I could live a full life. It was weird.
I don't know what to say.
