I was diagnosed with indolent Mantle Cell Lymphoma. No symptoms, almost nothing to detect in blood test and some very small lymph notes seen on PET scan. Biopsy and testing pointed to very slow indolent process. Had 4 months first follow up scan and blood test. Very little changes in scan and blood test. My oncologist never asked what symptoms I am having his visits are 15 min ! And I try to ask question as I have RUNX1 familial rare platelet disorder related to multiple malignancies and have yet to be tested or treated and already having pulmonary embolism you would think ? He was diagnosed as stage 3 but is in complete remission after half the chemo, is there any reason he would do more than 4 cycles? It seems crazy that he would pump those chemicals into his body when there’s no sign of disease just because it’s protocol. I can’t find any research regarding this.

I am now in remission. Just did 6 months of Rituximab and bendamustine every 4 weeks. For 2 yr maintenance they suggest Rituximab every 3 months …I’m not sure where in your treatment your at..
Yes it does hurt when you squeeze them. Best not do it.
