I don't really understand why they don't try to treat when it is widespread. I haven't really found any reasoning for no treatment. It has been over a year since I was diagnosed. I do have other health issues and they just seem to be getting worse, I have COPD, conanary artery disease, I had a stent put in a few months ago and now I have to get a second mammogram and a scan because of the recent density of tissue. June 2019 i was diagnosed with primary cns lymphoma.
This year in march i had an ovary removed. They found diffuse large b cell lymphoma. My oncologist wants to put me on the r-CHOP regimen with stem cell transplant to follow as maintainance therapy.
I went to oncology and he gave me copy of biopsy. Does anybody know what it means when it says mature low grade B-cell lymphoma with CD5 co-expression , most consistent with small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia

I have read that this condition is rare but I have a biopsy for breast cancer coming up and I also have non hodgkin lymphoma. I am wondering if you can have both at the same time!
