I have a question for you. What does the A stand for in stage IVA? I have just been diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma stage IV. It is in my blood and bone marrow also. Waiting to find out if it is indolent. No symptoms so far. Please tell me more about your situation. How did you find out you had it? Wishing you the best. Looking forward to hearing from you. Susan
