My husband was first after 2 1/2 months diagnosed with Hodgkin depleted lymphoma B cell (which is rare) and now they say it’s a firm peripheral T cell lymphoma which is also rare and more aggressive. Any coping skills or advice is deeply appreciated
Valerie7,
In regards to advice, I have tried to live one day at a time. And, just make the play in front of you only. If you think too far in advance, it's even more difficult. I drank LOTS of water to flush my chemo through, ate protein for my blood, (ate even when I didn't feel like it) Your body needs food to fight. I rested when I needed to also. I took my antinausea medication right on time. I even set the alarm in the middle of the night so not to skip one. I hope you are taking care of yourself too. It's hard on the caregiver too. Make sure you are eating healthy and resting also. Kelly
