I have found that Faith, Fitness and Food a big help. Faith: staying encouraged, for me that also involves prayer and fellowship, Fitness: walking, moving, going to the gym, Food: trying to eat healthy choice most of the time and adding additional vitamins that are not always in the quantities we need in food.

Yes much prayers and "assume" I will stay in remission. Keep busy, strong 💪, and think as little about it as possible 🙏🙏🙏

Humour. Lots and lots of humour. Look up funny sayings on a theme of your choice on Pinterest with that first cup of coffee every morning. Joke and play pranks during the day where possible. Socialise with those whom are easy going and funny when possible. Watch a funny movie or show in the evening. Start the day with a laugh. End the day with a laugh!

Have your doctor check your vitamin levels. D3 is important, for example.
