I was told that Lymphoma can be very aggressive.
And of course as I’m sure many have been told every person’s situation is different. The diagnosis might be the same however, signs and symptoms may not. And even with treatment what was in place six months ago may have changed last week it’s an ongoing thing. They’re looking for things that work better, just as we are fighting the battle. I know what I experience, and what others may experience is absolutely different. That’s why this site is so amazing because we can share and we can educate each other and we can help one another with our walk and feel normal.
Yes it’s still cancer but greater success rate of recovery. Keep strong all of you and always stay positive.
I have follicular lymphoma 3A had R-Chop in 2014 lost all my hair which was the least of my problems because getting better was my main concern.
I live my life as normal I am not on any special diet or eat that healthy. I live life to the fullest and thank God every day when I wake up for a new day. 🤗🤗🤗
I would agree to an extent that lymphoma is different from other types of cancers. But there are over 60-plus subsets of lymphoma. So I would say that not all cancers are different, and, in fact, many lymphomas are different as well.
Crm,
I was told the same thing too. I had DLBCL stage IV and when the Dr told me stage IV I lost it. But he said that it's not the same as stage IV in a solid tumor. I had RCHOP chemo and have been in remission for 2 1/2yrs. I hope you have a peaceful day. Kelly
I was thinking it might be better to have everyone in a team category related to the type of cancer/lymphoma that the person has been diagnosed with and we could get better insights from one who has the same illness and what they are coping with. As I see it there are many here who would like answers but they don’t have the same illness/lymphoma.🥰
