I Have Been In Remission For 3 Months Now From WM. How Does This Affect My Risk Of COVID-19?
A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

Is the risk the same as if I was still receiving treatment or will my risk be similar to other people in the population?

Michael I have had my Covid shot and flu shot. My Doctor said to get both but not together. No problem at all.

Glad to hear you’re in remission Michael! 3 months out I would error on the side of caution and be as protective as possible. Some treatments linger in our system for a while. I was treated with Rituxan which isn’t very harsh at all. It took a long while for me to recover B cell components that would give me Covid antibodies.
