Hi Teri, I don’t have lupus but I do have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Marginal Zone Lymphoma-Stage 4 and chronic pain from a tumour around my thoracic spine. I also get a lot of joint pain from the autoimmune diseases but I find the opioids that I’m on for the chronic tumour pain manages the joint pain most of the time. The hardest thing is the joint pain and pressure pain that comes from resting in one position for several hours at night. It takes me 5-10 minutes to turn over. Has the Methotrexate worked for you? I hope you are getting some relief from your lupus symptoms. Sending best wishes to you and I know how hard it is to deal with several different diseases as well as the lymphoma.

I’m in remission three years from lymphoma. I have a mixed connective tissue auto immune disorder. I recently started taking methotrexate again for my joint pains. I just worry it could have caused the lymphoma.
