Theresa10, that is due to the prednisone. I experienced it when taking prednisone for something else years ago and again on RCHOP.

When I was going thru RCHOP chemo for NHL / DLBCL, I could not use regular utensils because I could smell and almost taste metal. I began using bamboo flatware.
