Linda it is hard I truly understand. Been there.
For the 1st year or so after chemo I would work myself into a terrible state. What it's are bad.
Finally I put it in my head, God has this, out of my control, and walked in, took the shot, test, negative.
Please stay strong, positive and pray.
Keep busy
Indeed it can.. Lymphoma comes with a lot of baggage. Learning to accept the things you can control, accepting what you can’t is a challenge. Beating Cancer is a mental challenge. We improve our mental strength with prayers our family support, friends and the people we encounter during our day. Surrounding ourselves w positivity. Getting rest, eating healthy, exercise.
I relate to your worries.. I find that keeping as active as possible and finding purpose for myself is important.. I signed up to do some volunteer conversation English in my community. I too feel isolation since my diagnoses last June.. I do have a partner who is supportive. I set up meet up dates with friends. And I get grounded at my beach walks.. hope you too can find support like access to counsel lord or such…I have a link through inspirehealth.com. All the best
I was diagnosed with MZL in June and was treated by Dr. Andre Goy (https://www.regionalcancercare.org/physicians/a...). It might be a good idea to inquire what type of MZL she has as there are forms that grow so slowly that you need not worry.
