I worry about the side effects so I would not consider Chemo. I have had this neck tumor for almost 2 years and afraid to treat it.
The power of eating healthy and not eating processed foods can impact and fight the cancer
I had lymphoma that came out in the form of skin cancer on my forearm (which I had 10 years earlier and back then, I had radiation, then chemo). This time, we decided not to do radiation, and after awhile, started oral chemo (methotrexate). I was having side effects from the medication (nausea & progressive numbness in one foot, then other foot started). Plus, instead of reducing the skin lesion, it seemed to grow more aggressively, and it had its own hot temperature. (I'm curious if your tumors are "hot"). Because of the side effects, we decided to stop the Methotrexate and my oncologist sent me for a 2nd opinion. I asked the 2nd opinion doctor (& my oncologist) about changing diet or using an ice pack, but they both said eat normal and ice pack won't do anything. But, I decided to use & apply an ice pack to it, I stopped eating any form of sugar (and I prayed). I could tell something was happening inside my arm.
Long story short, it started reducing in size and temperature, and it went into remission. Both my oncologist (& 2nd opinion doctor) and dermatologist said somehow my body's immune system kicked in and went after the cancer. They both were/are stumped with what happened. Don't discount the power of prayer.
Did you not eat even natural sugars like fruits such as bananas. Etc.
Great to hear Patty. The power of eating healthy.
