I had stage 4 DLBCL (Difuse large B Cell Lymphoma) I did 6 cycles of RCHOP and have been in remission for 2 years. I have not heard of mini cycles. I wish you well and pray that the mini cycles work for you

It was explained to me that there are limits one can safely receive of a few of the RCHOP chemo drugs. The mini RCHOP is a smaller dose and used for those that can’t tolerate the full dose.
As a Paramedic FNP RN FF I found the dosing process interesting, asked questions this was how I was told this.
RCHOP 21 is a common chemo treatment. I hope this helps. I had RCHOP 21 myself. I hope I helped in answering your question. 😇
