I have NHL Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma. I had Rituximab infusions 1x week for 4 weeks in Sept 23. Found to be in metabolic remission in Oct 23. Maintenance doses 1 per month every other month for 8 months was recommended. I’m through 3 of 4. I call it “insurance “. I have no problem tolerating the antibodies after the first time, just drowsiness on the day of infusion due to benedryl. I’d say if it won’t hurt and it might help then do it.
