Hi Lynn10. .
My oncologist says Lymphoma is very treatable nowadays. I have stage 4 MCL. My first cycle of RChop chemo is promising. Large tumors visible shrunk 60%, small ones disappear. I will have 2nd round in more than a week. No fear. Exercise and eat well to reserve energy for chemo.

Lynn- I am not a medical professional, but, I believe they look for the node that has just the right characteristics that they are looking for that will help them determine the stage and type/ I don’t think they go by the size- I believe they know just what they need to get and the pet scan shows them where to go, I think…😊- you might want to write a lot of these things down so you can ask his oncologist- they are the ones with the answers specific to your husband’s case….♥️

I'm concerned they didn't remove his large lymph node. How is that decision made?
