Yes, I think so, I have a high grade b cell lymphoma, but some of my doctors think it evolved from a pre-existing undiagnosed indolent (low grade) b cell lymphoma. The evidence for this is that my high grade lymphoma has some genetic characteristics/mutations associated with an indolent lymphoma.

However some of my doctors think the high grade lymphoma developed this mutation independently and so are unsure of how to adapt my treatment plan.

I have learned quite a lot about this subject so happy to help if I can, but of course, better to ask a medical professional, which I am not!
