Hi, This type of lymphoma has abnormal B Cells that are larger than normal B cells. The Cancer cells are spread out in a 'Diffuse' pattern rather than grouped together. I'm guessing that would show up in tests when you have the biopsy. Hope that helps too.. Sue x
