If you enjoy coffee, consider timing your intake away from meals to minimize impact on iron absorption. Some patients find they become more sensitive to caffeine during treatment, so pay attention to how your body responds. The most important thing is to discuss your coffee consumption with your oncology team, as they can provide personalized guidance based on your specific treatment plan and symptoms. They can help ensure your coffee intake isn't interfering with your treatments or overall health management.
