Hi Rhonda and the gorgeous Gia,
Firstly how’s your baby doing today?
My babies are spoilt rotten 😊
Your breakfast sounds delicious and very healthy! What are you doing today? Hope you had a nice day!
It’s 19.00 pm here, on way back home, picking up a carry out (very naughty)!
What I did “trying” to improve my life today: 7am to 19.00pm in sequence:
went to a class at the gym (exercise)
Had soaked oats for breakfast (nutrition)
Finalising CVs. Coat on & returning to work 🥳 (work)
1 slice of wholemeal toast & smoked salmon for lunch (nutrition)
New suit, hair appointment (work)
New pillows for 8/9 hours (sleep)
Just baby steps but I’m proud of myself I’m moving forward.
I have a big problem with asking anyone for help, I don’t! - but all over this wonderful site it says we should! Do you?
Have a fantastic evening to you and Gia
Take Care

Hi Rhonda4 and a big shout out to Gia your companion and Smarty Pants beauty,
No.
There are 101 people here on the lymphoma site with a dx of Primary Cutaneous (confined to SKIN) Marginal Zone B-Cell extra nodal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It is “extremely rare”. No one in Ireland or UK has this.
No contact yet from anyone on lymphoma site with this diagnosis.
In bed still in Ireland it’s 07.00 am
Have a fantastic Monday too!!
I’m going to do something to improve my life today!!
Hope you are very happy and well

Hi Scottie 👋🏻
Are you receiving information you had asked for?
I hope you have a great day (happy Monday).
With hugs from Rhonda4 and Gia - The Smarty Pants Dog.
What is cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma?
Cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma is a rare, slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that affects the skin. It's actually a combination of two rare conditions - it's both a type of marginal zone lymphoma (which develops from B cells) and a cutaneous (skin) lymphoma.
