I have amazing results from acupuncture. Maybe....because there is also a LARGE group around me praying for me. I can walk long distances, have only seldom cramps anymore and the pain in my feet and hands is so much less.
Thanks also for Pain and Symptom Clinic and great meds!
Hi, I get neuropathy and while there seems to be no cure there are ways to find ease. Walking is very important. Ankle flexes, slowly forward and backwards. I also found that when I eat processed meats like sausage, bacon and cold cuts, even on occasions, my tingling is heightened. These exercises should be done daily, and slowly. Go on YouTube for other ways to heal your body and relieve symptoms because the doctors won't let you know this. They'll give meds and treatments which can cause neuropathy but healing holistically they'll never say a word. So, start moving!😃
