2nd Biopsy Or Have Biopsy Cells Re-examined Or ??????
Hi everyone. So all of this has occurred since 12/15/2021. My biopsy results came back diffuse B cell or follicular. Then the cytogenetics (FISH study) came back somewhere between double hit and Burkitt (MYC and BCL2 issues). Now I definitely have something I get it.My PET/CT came back for FDG avid in nodes above and below diaphragm (right armpit and mesentery, knew that going in).

Hi! I have/had DLBCL. When I was first diagnosed with my lymphnode biopsy and bone marrow biopsy they thought I might have double hit. My Oncologist in my area sent my slides to the Cleveland Clinic. I didn't have double hit, just DLBCL. I had 6 treatments of RCHOP chemo. I'm glad I had another set of eyes look at my slides to make sure I was on the right chemo. Good luck. Kelly

Thank you Kelly. I think I might have my sent to Sloan Kettering. Some folks think they mixed up my sample without someone else’s so they want another biopsy. Whew!
Has Anyone Had One Only Very Small Spot (in My Case 9mm) Come Up On Their PET Scan That Was Either Inflammation, Scar Tissue Or Cancer?
I Did A Biopsy Today And Again My Bloodwork Is Excellent Like Last Week So The Test Results Will Reveal If Its Lymphoma Or Something Else.
