Jan2160,
Hi! I have/had DLBCL but they first thought I had double hit. There are many articles explaining it on the web. It involves the genes/chromosomes. It more complex and complicated mutation. I believe it's with two gene/chromosomes mutations. I had a lymph node biopsy and also a bone marrow biopsy to diagnose me. I hope you have a blessed day. Kelly

thanks Kelly, I had a pathology report diagnosing the DLBCL. the genetic part of the report came back after I started rchop which I just completed. I read genetic mutations in the chromosome study t that need explained to me having to do with various mutations deletions and rearrangements on the chromosome as well as p53. I guess I need more explanation of the significance of this.
