Does Anyone Know Of Any Natural Supplement Or Remedy Or Diet That’s Energy Boosting?
A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve replaced coffee with Matcha to boost my energy for years now. I live alone so fatigue is a big enemy for me if I don’t have the energy to cook or run errands. I welcome all advice/tips! Thanks.

It's so tough to not have help. In OK, we have a lot of places that deliver (some free,) Ask oncologist 1st because some supplements aren't supposed to be taken with certain chemo, but body armor was recommended for hydration, kale may be beneficial. I take B complex, vitamin D, and C. The boost+ has lots of protein and vitamins and minerals. It helped me keep weight on. I know you will get good info from other team members
Wishing you the best!

Hello Aik,
Sorry to hear about the fatigue. I agree with Sally2 that contacting the oncologist is the first suggestion. You may also ask for a referral to a nutritionist they recommend for pre and post cancer treatment fatigue. Here is a paper that evaluated what is being suggested nutritionally for fatigue. Still, I would check with the oncologist and nutritionist before taking supplements for safety reasons. When I was first diagnosed, I was referred to an Integrative Medicine nutritionist who put me on specific supplements and an anti-inflammatory diet. All the Best. N
