Friend has announced he's cancer free per oncologist. However, chemo will continue for at least 2 sets of 3-infusion regime. Don't want to convey info that would deflate his optimism. Your perspective is most appreciated!

Douglas,
Hi! I had 6 treatments of RCHOP chemo for DLBCL stage IV. After 3 months my scan was clear but I continued to have all the treatments. I've been in remission now for 23 months. However, my Dr at the Cleveland Clinic stated to hear the word "cured" it has to be 5 years in remission. Kelly
