It is supposed to be good for the lymphatic system, but I can't find out if it is good OR bad for us. IT says on the websites: The vibrations speed up your metabolism, increase muscle movement, improve circulation and promote optimal lymph drainage. I found this about massages & lymphoma: https://blog.dana-farber.org/insight/2018/02/ca... I am going to try & email the doctor and ask her about vibration plates.
Dear Markap I have heard of the vibration plates. But do not know much about how they work? I know that reflexology works with draining the lymphatic system. But I believe they'd alot of work with the feet! I am interested in looking this up to learn more about the vibration plates further in detail. I know several friends who may even more about this. I will contact one who could possibly explain if it would be a good thing I will touch base with you when she gets back to me. If that works for you
I have not heard of a vibration plate. I exercise daily to keep the lymph fluid moving, mostly on my rebounder and I do lots of Essentrics.
I was afraid that i would go on it & that the lymphoma would spread. I wish there was an oncologist that has knowledge in this.
I’ve tried those lymphatic sleeves, both and mine seems to get worse. I wonder if that exercise plates you are talking about isn’t what I have. I haven’t used it much because the vibration gets to me and not in a good way either. Will have to do my research on that because my lymphedema is getting out of hand. I see a vascular doctor in April finally after waiting 8 months. I sure hope she can help me. Will get back on the vibration plates, need to research that. Be safe, God bless
