Thank you for the reply. I went to Oncologist, yesterday. He told me since I haven’t started treatment, not to worry about that. Once treatment starts that number goes down. He referred me to a head/neck surgeon for a biopsy of a new FDG AVID swollen lymph node in base of neck, adjacent to pharyngeal tonsil area. It has a SUV MAX 7.5, which is impressive. He wants to make sure we’re still dealing with low grade Nodal Marginal Zone or it has transitioned to a more aggressive Lymphoma to see if I need to go to intensive chemo or lighter treatment. God is in control. 🙏
