We will get answers and there’s always treatment. We have to keep the faith and stay focused to be our own advocate. Thank God you insisted of getting more tests. We have to listen to our bodies and be warriors.

PCP ordered a Hematopath Consultation Smear, Metabolic 14 panel, CBC Differential and I messaged when I got home and asked them to add ESR and LDH labs to those orders if possible. We will see what it comes back showing but having a AA/EPA of 27.3 is wayyyyyy past normal range! It states anything over 20 is considered cellular inflammation. This journey just keeps on taking lefts, rights, detours and emergency stops. I just want a little break of somewhat normalcy again and I know that’s no more in my future than being able to receive a whole new body! The mental and emotional toll all this takes on our overall well being is indescribable.

Regarding your tissue sample being sent off for a second opinion that’s a plus. They are going above and beyond to rule in or rule out but not leave lingering questions or possibilities on the table. Prayers for answers for us bothe coming soon I hope!

I found out yesterday that tissue went to Massachusetts General Hospital for evaluation(2nd opinion).
I just pray for a correct diagnosis so I can get the proper treatment.
Waiting for someone to call me with my results, soon.

Have u ever heard of a AA/EPA test? It checks for inflammation etc in the body.

Never, never give up, my friend! Please get another opinion. Maybe your PCP can send you more tests, himself. Fight! Someone will listen to you! Have faith! God never abandons us and is a great listener.
