My uncle has DHL and he just completed his chemotherapy and went to radiotherapy for persisting mass ...he has deauville's score 2 and has complete metabollic response for the initial treatment though...which according to our doctor is a pretty good score and i hope he gets declared to be in remission after a follow up pet which is scheduled after 3 months
Yes we here it has the worst prognosis ...mind you at present the treatment and understanding has changed and rituximab is a magic drug which was not available until recently!!!! And many diagnosed with the worst cancer have been doing well ...let's pray to god you will be one among the survivors too

Didn’t have double hit, but so far I am surviving triple hit non small B cell lymphoma for 2 years. Good luck to you. I am still tired a lot and don’t feel as strong as before but that could be that I am 2 years older than when diagnosed
