I get IVIGs whenever my levels are lower than 700.....usually every other month....I have side effects & feel crappy for 2 days after. It will be lifelong since getting Bendamustine & Rituxan treatments back in 2019 for 5 rounds.....should have been 6 but I developed toxicity to the Bendamustine & Rituxan & my immunos won't stabilize for more than a month in the normal range. I think it does help......I can feel when my levels are low & feel better after them......I get labs every month for them.
I am on a Bispecific Antibody treatments now--weekly, so labs every week. Hoping to go to every 3 weeks after tomorrow's 4th weekly treatment.....having serious medical issues with reactions, side effects, & a whole bunch of everything.....on so many meds to help all these after effects......nothing else worked, so trying this one since I am out of options.....trying to be hopeful......

Thank God I haven’t had a cold or sick got all my Covid shingles & rsv shots .

I have bloodwork every month and typically I can go almost 2 months before I need another infusion

I require every 4 weeks. If I miss it I always get an infection that causes hospitalization

My infusion was given every other month. My immunity wasn’t tested after each infusion.
