Is there anything you can do to help keep your white cells up after treatment.
My first round they were low. But this see ond round they were 0 and I'm in the hospital. I got Neulasta after treatment but I don't want to go through this every time.
Tamara, because of my white blood cells I have to get a shot, they take my blood and if all is good I get my infusion one week with no pod and 2nd week infusion with a pod. Isn’t life great!

I'd also like to hear replies on this. I have been lucky enough to only get sick 2 times (cold/flu) since starting treatment but this time I have now been sick for about 4 weeks. Just Cold/Flu like symptoms but its getting old. Thanks !
While B-12 helps the red blood cells, what can I do to help the ever rising white cells normalize, somewhat, in spite of no cure for NHL
Will be starting maintenance regime of rituxumab after 6 months of rituximab and bendimustin. Wondering how that effects energy and wbc.
Has anyone had car t and would like to discuss the pros and cons ?
