Have faith, believe in a better tomorrow, and know that medical science is improving. What's not curable today is easily treatable, controllable, and well-managed tomorrow. The objective is a CURE. It's NOT a question of if but when. Always.

Had night sweats just before original diagnosis together with abdominal pain and tempearture, weeakness, etc all this came gradually Finally was diagnosed with DLBCL stage 4 and was treated with R CHOP. This was in November 22, Treatment ended in March 23. Presently in remission BUT night sweats just around the back of neck this time have started again with no other symptoms yet other than on and off a sore throat. We are looking into it and hope that I did not relapse. Good luck to all and have faith Positive attitude is the key to keep fighting, We' ve got this. Happy and healthy NEW YEAR 2024 to all.

Seborrheic Dermatitis -current 2023 - after Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia -rare type NHL 2004 -2018. Very high IGM scores, treated with Rituxan and Carfilzomib 2x weekly infusions for 5 months in 2018. Then complete remission; cancer blood markers now all normal. Now age 79, and severe night sweats only around face and neck. BUT figured out it was fungus infection (not really treatable no matter what the dermatologists tell you) on face and scalp. Have tried diet changes, no alcohol, no drugs; but dermatologist identified SD and said "You are a fungus factory"--thx a lot doc. No cure available; treatments don't work. So I survived cancer, looks good from here, but will "die" from red swollen face with undefeatable fungus. Go figure! Good luck. Keep a good attitude; modern drugs are often successful for a while; but nobody lives forever.
