Anyone else have Chronic Interstitial Disease?

OK more good news, NOT. I had another scan Thursday Dr. concerned about my gasping for air. Found out I have chronic Interstitial disease in my lungs. Anyone else experience this? Supposedly not curable, perhaps a lung transplant. Also I have a consult the 19th with surgeon to remove my spleen. Looks like it will be a busy spring. Many thanks.
