Not any more than I always had, I try to replace sugar with fresh vegetables that I like. I find they decrease inflammation and I love them. Also find a direct correlation for me with alcohol and increased soreness and stiffness. All things in moderation

I have seen mentions on how CA likes sugar so the advice is always to reduce your consumption of it. I try to have a fruit popsicle or piece of fruit instead of a sugar filled drink or treat. I am not perfect but I know for sure, when I eat better all the way around, I feel better. I think a treat every once in a while is fine. Sugar is something that lights up areas of your brain (so it can be considered addictive). As Melinda mentioned, once you get started, it can be tough to stop. Coca cola is /was my sugar drug of choice. Giving up soda with sweeteners was one of the best things I have done. Flavored seltzers are a good substitute. Try to stay away from the stuff with artificial sweeteners too. Those are not good for you in other ways. Good Luck!

I just went though a total sugar craving period. But if I start, I just can’t stop. I decided to just drink a little apple juice and eat a tangerine that are coming in They are hitting the”sweet spot”!

Hmmm ... Never thought about it but now that I do think about it I'd have to say maybe. But I don't know why.
