Members shared a wide variety of supplements they take alongside their treatments, with the most commonly mentioned being multivitamins, vitamin D (often with K2 for better absorption), B12, omega-3 oils, turmeric or curcumin, and calcium for bone support. Several members described taking specialized immune-supporting supplements like medicinal mushrooms (particularly Coriolus), MGN3 rice bran arabinoxylan, papaya leaf extract, and green tea extract (EGCG), often with guidance from oncologists or pharmacists specializing in cancer care. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting with healthcare professionals before starting any supplement regimen, as everyone's situation is unique, along with a shared sense of humor and camaraderie about the challenge of managing multiple pills each day.

I’m taking papaya leaf extract in capsule form. I’m into my 6th year of Wait and Watch for indolent MCL. Don’t really know if it’s having any affect but was recommended to me by another MCL patient.

On the advice of a pharmacist that works with cancer patients, and with the OK of my Oncologist, I am taking the following, I’d recommend that you check with a professional, as everyone’s case is unique ( the explanations come from my pharmacist)
1)⁃
Botanical Treasures (the main ingredients here are Turmeric , Resveratrol but also contains EGCG)
* this would replace your Turmeric and EGCG*
Dose : 2 capsules twice per day
It’s important to take one twice per day on a daily basis as this has anti-inflammatory, and cellular protective qualities
This paper list basically every ingredient that is in this product and why it can safely be helpful in turning down or down regulating so many cancer promoting pathways.

2)⁃ Coriolus Super strength
Dose : 2 capsules twice per day
This is a medicinal mushroom that has been shown in studies, and I have seen in practice help reduce proliferation, and inhibit cell migration of cancer stem cells.

3)⁃
Vitamin D 5000 plus K2 by xymogen
Dose : 1 capsule daily
It’s important to pay attention to vitamin D, and to improve circulation in legs of vitamin D, because in this way, our body can make more antimicrobial peptize, which are what are needed to resolve from immune stress

4)⁃
MGN3 -rice bran arabinoxylan
Dose : 2 capsules twice per day for 2 months then reduce to 2 capsules daily for long term use.
This is a very important substance that can help enhance a depleted immune system during and after any kind of cancer treatment. It has been shown to possess different qualities, such as helping to regulate the immune system, the inflammatory system and sensitize cancer cells, so that whatever treatment you undergo is more successful.

5) Body Bio Balance Oil (this would replace your Barleans flax when you are finished with it)
Dose : 2 softgels daily with food
This is a combination of healthy omega that helped to down regulate inflammation, induce apoptosis while also encouraging improved cell membrane integrity
