This is going to be a common thing with cancer survivors: worrying about relapse- every wrong health issue is a sign of cancer coming back!! I can see me doing it after my treatment as well. I feel for you, but I'd just listen to your doctor and try not to worry. If it's freaking you out, ask your doctor to do a blood test. That could relieve your stress.
