Yes. I an 87 years old and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphome, CD20+, in July 2024 and was treated at MD Anderson in Houston with four infusions of Rituximab. At the time of diagnosis my only symptoms were fatigue (reported previously for about 5 years) and slowly decreasing (since 2018) WBC ,, RBC.. & Platelet counts.
At the time of diagnosis these were WBC 3.4 k/mcl, RBC 4.65 Mil/mcl, and Platelet count 96 k/mc. Since treatment in July 2024, I seem to be slightly less fatigued. Otherwise no post-treatment side effects so far. I am due for a PET Scan at the end of September 2024 which hopefully will show favorable results.
