Members shared deeply personal advice about navigating lymphoma, with faith, prayer, and a positive mindset emerging as the most consistent themes across the conversation. Several members emphasized practical strategies including finding a supportive care team and oncologist who works for you, staying active through daily walking or gentle exercise to combat fatigue, eating clean and staying informed by researching your diagnosis and asking questions, and taking things one day at a time without comparing your journey to others. A recurring theme was that while treatment experiences vary widely, from easy tolerability to significant challenges, maintaining hope, gratitude, and trust in both medical care and a higher purpose helps people endure uncertainty and find meaning even in suffering.

Try not to get stressed out, I find that if Iโ€™m stressed I donโ€™t feel good. Iโ€™ve had NHL For going on 8yrs now. Iโ€™m feeling good, I thank God every day, and get on with my life. Being happy ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜† thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m. Love to all, talk to you after Christmas , have a great time
Thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m going to do

I found HOPE in this group. Reading about others and knowing that they are surviving treatment and continue to enjoy life. Lymphoma need not be a death sentence. So far I have had 5 more years siince my diagnosis and look forward to good days ahead. โค๏ธ God is good!

I hate to think where Iโ€™d be without my faith! Iโ€™m a huge believer in the power of prayer and I know the Father has had his healing hand in my journey. After all, He is the Great Physician!! God bless you all and I pray for a better year in 2025!!!

Eat, drink and think CLEAN. It is a simplistic phrase but complex in its implications. To me, it means high-quality organic food and drink when possible and also spend each and every day with prayers and positivity and gratitude.
