Is lower back pain--all along beltline- associated with follicular lymphoma?

I was having pain in the belt line back area. I found I was sitting so much without lower back support. so I got a lumbar support and put some Icy Hot on it. It did help a lot. I did find out I had a few pinched nerves from arthritis and I'm gonna address that with a back Doctor.
