I am going to be scheduled in late August for Car T. They will remove my blood and send it to “boot camp” and train it to attack my Mantel Cell Lymphona. About three weeks later I return to the hospital for the blood to be put back in. I will then remain in the hospital for up to 4 weeks depending the side effects. The fewer side effects the shorter the hospital stay. I won’t be able to drive for a while as they are worried about seizures. I have researched this plus a second opinion and all agreed that Car T is the way to go. I am still open to opinions if you have any.
