I initially had pain in the ball-and-socket joint, called the femoroacetabular joint. The pain was in the connection between my leg and hip, radiating all the way down to my foot, and lasted more than 8 months; this is before my dx. I believe if this is a new symptom while on the medication, I would reach out to your medical team. Take Care

Hello. I have Waldenstrom too. Yes I have a lot of pain in my body. Including my leg. Both of my legs hurt constantly. I have pain in my abdomen but not as often as my back and legs and my feet are hurting severely especially the left one. Very tender on the bottom and my toes hurt so much it’s a feeling of being broken. The pain in the abdomen has been a new thing for me and I have told my doctor. I don’t know if it’s related or not. I haven’t been able to get a straight answer. I associate the pain we feel with our nerves reaction. It’s like the neuropathy and the muscle and bone pain that a lot of us experience. Do you have any other symptoms or have you had any? I think you should definitely let your doctor know. I know there’s some medication you can take. I don’t take anything so I don’t know what to recommend. I do know gabipentin is highly used for this type of thing. It seems most doctors are prescribing that.
Hope you feel better and get some answers. If you do please share. Wishing you the best.
Sending positive thoughts your way
Take care
Michelle
Severe groin pain radiating down the leg is something that definitely needs prompt attention from your doctor — please reach out to them as soon as possible, especially since you're currently on Jayprica (pirtobrutinib).
Pain like this isn't a commonly listed symptom of Waldenström's macroglobulinemia itself, but WM can Show Full Answer
