It's completely understandable to want to wait until Thursday to get your results in person. Many people find it easier to hear news from their doctor directly, where they can ask questions and process everything together.
The waiting period between a scan and results can feel really nerve-wracking. Some things that may help in the meantime:
- Keeping busy with light activities you enjoy
- Leaning on friends, family, or your support network
- Getting enough rest
- Practicing deep breathing or mindfulness if anxiety creeps in
You're clearly staying on top of your care with all these follow-ups lined up — that's really important and something to feel good about. Hang in there, and best of luck for Thursday! 💙
