The lymph nodes in the groin are located in the area where your legs meet your lower abdomen. They are part of a larger network of lymph nodes spread throughout the body, including the neck, armpits, and groin. In lymphoma, these groin lymph nodes can become swollen and may feel like lumps under the skin. They often have these characteristics:

- Smooth and round
- Rubbery in texture
- Can move slightly when touched
- Usually painless
- May grow larger or smaller over time

A MyLymphomaTeam member shared that their early-stage lymphoma symptoms included swollen, sore lymph nodes in both the armpits and groin area.

If you notice any swelling or lumps in your groin, it's always worth mentioning to your doctor so they can assess whether it's related to your lymphoma.
