Just been diagnosed with CTCL, CUTANEOUS T Cell non Hodgkin lymphoma. Had it for 20 years, in the last year it seems to gotten worse.

Been trying to find a place close to Sarasota, Fl to get NBUVB light treatments and finding it impossible. No one seems to be doing it anymore in my area. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa has a dedicated dermatology and lymphoma team who may either offer NB-UVB phototherapy directly or can refer you to a trusted provider closer to Sarasota. A few suggestions worth exploring:

- Ask your Moffitt care team directly if they offer NB-UVB on-site or can refer you to a dermatologist in the Sarasota area who does
- Contact the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation (clfoundation.org) — they maintain a physician finder tool that can help locate CTCL specialists near you
- Ask about alternative skin-directed therapies if NB-UVB remains hard to access, such as topical treatments, other forms of phototherapy, or radiation therapy for early-stage disease
