am worried about nothing 😣
This is very common I would say. I’m only guessing but it seems that you are going to be aware of the possibility. I had the confirmation of this from my doctor, of all people. He said it is going to happen it’s just a matter of time… I guess I will see. I’m not impressed with the doctor and his opinion to be honest. I don’t think we should worry about talking about it but we do because it’s not like they are going to understand that feeling. I would personally suggest you talk to a counselor or something. Then you can talk about everything and be honest and comfortable. I have started this process with a therapist who is very supportive and helpful in my situation with anxiety over all of this. As she said in my first session it’s not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. It’s being brave. I was not in favor of this one bit but I am sure glad I did. It’s been so helpful and informative, I had said how would they know how I feel about living with this and she doesn’t know but she knows how to make me feel better about it and respects it so much. I am brave. I’m also grateful for her.
Hang in there Donna I know it’s hard but you have all of us here and we will always support you.
